Full-time Remote
Own the intelligence behind Upleva: the live voice interview pipeline, resume analysis, and report generation. You'll work end to end: prompts, model choices, latency budgets, and the serverless infrastructure they run on.
What you'll do
- Evolve the real-time voice interview pipeline: speech-to-text, turn-taking, LLM orchestration, and text-to-speech, with hard latency budgets
- Design and tune the prompts and evaluation logic behind interview scoring, resume insights, and coaching reports
- Build evals so quality regressions are caught before users feel them
- Own services in production on modern cloud infrastructure (serverless and containerized), including cost and reliability
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of professional experience building and shipping software
- Strong Python and experience shipping LLM-powered features to real users, not just demos
- Comfort with streaming/real-time systems (WebSockets, audio pipelines) or the appetite to learn them fast
- Pragmatic judgment about model quality vs. cost vs. latency
- Bias for ownership: you'll often be the only person on a problem
