Do you offer a free or trial plan?

No. We don't offer a free or trial version. Upleva is priced to deliver strong value (less than a cup of coffee a day), and we continuously ship improvements. You can watch product demo videos before subscribing.

What plans are available?

We offer -

• Basic: Core features for getting started

• Premium: Advanced features for power users

• Custom plans: Tailored add-ons or integrations for teams with specific needs

Is there a bundle plan?

Yes. Premium includes everything: Upleva Interviews, Upleva Insights, and Upleva Sites in one subscription. The Basic plan includes Upleva Sites and core Insights features; live mock interviews are exclusive to Premium.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

Your current benefits remain active until the end of your existing billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next renewal; you'll keep access to your current plan's features until then. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

When can I downgrade to Basic plan?

Downgrade to Basic plan is allowed only in the last 5 days of the current billing period. This policy ensures fair usage and prevents abuse. Please plan your subscription changes accordingly.

Are there any discounts?

We don't offer promotional discounts. The only discount available is for annual subscriptions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support all major card networks including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. We also accept Google Pay and UPI for convenient digital payments. All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateway.
